ALL Orders ship free! 2-3 Day Priority shipping is our standard, however please allow up to 5 days depending on ship-to location.

Returns

We accept returns in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S. We also offer easy returns for our international customers! Please request a label and you can print it and attach to the package.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please email us at info@beachdshop.com

International Shipping

Currently we charge a flat rate of $20 for all international packages. Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Please send us an email for special circumstances and we will try to accommodate!

Can bracelets get wet?

Yes! We keep our bracelets on all the time. If they are exposed to salt water or chemicals, wipe them down.

My bracelet comes unhooked, what should I do?

Please make sure to pinch the hook closed and the bracelet will stay on securely.

Do bracelets stretch?

The bracelets are hand woven so they vary slightly - but generally they do not stretch very much.
